The Twelve Days of a Pharmacy Christmas

I have been absent for far too long….let’s have some fun…

On the first day of 12 before Christmas our pile of scripts is one foot high…how can this be? (Theory 1; the nhs app has texted the population asking them to order their meds, have I missed this communication?)

On the second day of 12 before Christmas we have 2 Quadrivalent flu vaccines left and no more available to us…can anybody out there let me know that I can at last use my copious pre ordered stocks of Trivalent?

So that’s 2 quadrivalents and a foot high of ETP.

On the third day of Christmas my Fluad stocks are 3, all reserved. I can’t get more and am to direct patients to their surgery.  The surgery have just phoned to ask if they can send anyone to me.  But all is ok because the NHS have reassured patients on the BBC that there is enough stock. Santa get ready.

3 Fluads, 2 Quadrivalents and a foot high of ETP.

I’ll be back to tell you how the next days unfold.
